What Are The Qualifications?
Currently the AMG at Home medical services are limited to those who are at least 65 years of age and have an underlying or movement limiting condition.
Conditions include, but are not limited to:
COPD
CHF (Congestive Heart Failure)
Diabetes
Auto-Immune Diseases (Certain Types)
Movement Limiting Conditions
